Many people mistake design to be mere visual beauty. Design is about more than just aesthetics. With the growth of technology, however, the role of design in business has evolved. Design today, is strategic, and is expected to impact business bottom line by answering consumer needs and guiding them to their expectation fulfilment, resulting in business profitability.
UX = User Experience
User experience design is a human-first way of designing products. It is the process of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the usability, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the customer and the product. The first requirement for an exemplary user experience is to meet the exact needs of the customer, without fuss or bother. Next comes simplicity and elegance that produce products that are a joy to own, a joy to use. True user experience goes far beyond than giving customers what they say they want, or providing checklist features. In order to achieve high-quality user experience in a company’s offerings there must be a seamless merging of the services of multiple disciplines, including engineering, marketing, graphical and industrial design, and interface design.
“Design is not about how it looks. It’s about how it works.”
– Steve Jobs
Because we realise each product and business is unique, we never walk through a cookie-cutter design routine. Instead, we follow a creative and iterative design process to create bespoke designs that deliver success.
UI = User Interface
User interface is a shared boundary across which information and/or action is exchanged between a user and a software and/or hardware. Effective user interfaces enhance user experience and help both the user and the business achieve their goals. User Interface Design is a process of visually guiding the user through a product’s interface via interactive elements and across all sizes/platforms.
If you think good design is expensive, you should look at the cost of bad design.”
– Ralf Speth, CEO -Jaguar Land Rover

There has been more than 500% growth in ‘near me’ mobile searches. It’s no longer only about places. We crafted this #ui for a US startup where users can find what they need, when they need, nearby to them. With this app, users don’t merely search. They find what they need. #mobileapps #mobileappdevelopment
Synopsis: We crafted the UI/UX and built this hyper local consumer app for a 🇺🇸 US startup.
Context: There has been a 500%+ jump in ‘near me’ searches in recent times. People now expect search technology to find the places in their area where they can get what they need. You might typically associate a “near me” search with something like “restaurants near me” or “gas station near me.” But people are searching for very specific items, from “cowboy boots near me,” to “birthday cakes near me,” to “plumbers near me.”
