Learning the fact the Doulton was a relatively unknown brand in India, we weaved in the brand’s strong legacy into the UI/UX of the website using css animation to take users through the brand story, legacy before guiding them through the product range and features, enabling brand awareness and engagement.
The e-commerce solution we built enables users to make a purchase with the least number of clicks. The store also features coupon codes, shipping location details as well as pop overs to entice users who abandon their cart without creating a log in.
The Doulton India Filtachek App, is loaded with features to enrich customer satisfaction and convenience. The app helps combat the problem of counterfeit by enabling the customers to authenticate their purchase by a simple product scan. Doulton customers can monitor the service health of their filters using the app and also set hydration reminders for themselves and their family. The built in e-commerce feature helps customers buy replacement candles and accessories.
